Proform Parts has one of the most extensive catalogs in the business with everything from engine dress up parts, tools, valvetrain components, rear end components, and everything in between. As many know, one of the premier products that they manufacture are the aftermarket valve covers seen on a large number of enthusiast muscle cars on the streets and even packaged with many of the crate motors on the market. Proform hinted during the SEMA Show in Las Vegas at a new valve cover release, and here at PRI, they pulled the wraps off their brand new Ford engine valve covers, giving blue oval fans the first new aftermarket “Ford Racing” valve covers in 24 years. This news will certainly please the faithful who have had the same look under the hood for over two decades. This new set has a strong, aggressive look and will come in polished, black, chrome, Ford Blue, and cast gray colors. The black however will be the only option to have the “Mustang” wording. Compatible engines include the 289, 302, and 351W. Be sure to grab a set of these when they come available in February.
