Move over guys, the women are taking the auto industry by storm! Whether it’s on the business side of things, or getting their hands oily under their race cars, more and more females are making a career out of something they’re completely passionate about…cars! Three Ford Mustang renderings all designed by women hit the web to see which one was the most popular among fans. The one chosen would be the built by all women for the 2012 SEMA show and displayed at the Ford Booth.

The “High Gear” design by Jennifer Seely was chosen as the winner, which is a satin black supercharged 5.0-liter with Rose Gold Chrome wheels, mirrors, and trim around the grille. The look she was trying to capture in her rendering was more of a couture-like design inspired by high-fashion, fine jewelry, and architecture. The ladies were given a base 2013 Mustang GT with a glass roof and got right to work to get it ready in eight weeks.

While some make “automatic V6 jokes”, the heart of this sexy beast is a 5.0-liter V4 TI-VCT V8 engine connected to a Edelbrock E-force Supercharger and yes, it’s a six-speed manual. The rumble comes from the Magnaflow exhaust setup. It also features K&N Engineering oil and air filters, California Pony Cars strut tower covers, gas strut hook lift kits, and the covers for the fuse box, battery, and master cylinder. The suspension setup was provided by H&R Springs, with Whiteline USA supplying adjustable upper and lower control arms, plus sway bars. Big stopping power provided by the Wilwood big brake kit.

Exterior goodies consist of 20-inch Forgeline wheels with Pirelli staggered PZero XL tires. The full body kit is light weight carbon fiber by 3d Carbon and 3M Crystalline window tint. The halo lights come from Oracle Lighting and North American Lighting Inc. custom-built head lamps.

Open the door and you can find ROUSH performance pedals and luxury mats by Lloyd Mats. The seats are leather, yet they are covered with quilted suede by Katzkin and more Rose Gold Chrome accents. All of the Rose Gold Chrome was created by Creations n’Chrome.
