Improve the power, torque and sound of your Ford 5.0L Coyote V8 with the Kooks Headers and Exhaust’s new complete line of headers and exhaust components.

Kooks Headers and Exhaust offers a large combination of components to mix and match, to produce a unique sound and add horsepower to your Mustang. Headers come in three diameters: 1 3/4-inch, 1 7/8-inch and 2-inch, all into a 3-inch venturi-style collector. Two center section options are available, when ordering a cat-back or complete header and exhaust system: An X-pipe, for top-end power and an aggressive tone; and an H-pipe, designed for more torque and a deeper sound.

Kits are also available with three mid-pipe options: ultra-high performance GREENCATS, high-flow race catalytic converters, and non-catalytic converter connections — designed for racing applications.

GREENCATS are designed to lower emissions, withstand up to 900 hp and 1500 degrees of exhaust gas temperature and include a two-year warranty. GREENCATS are highly recommended for any forced-induction applications, and the use of high-flow race catalytic converters on any forced-induction application will void Kooks Headers and Exhaust warranty.

Kooks Headers and Exhaust headers and connections will work with OEM or aftermarket cat-back systems. Kooks Headers and Exhaust offers a simple adapter to keep a true, full 3-inch exhaust when mating a header and connection kit to another company’s aftermarket cat-back system.

Exhaust kits eliminate dual-valve-exhaust modes, but a mount on the muffler maintains solenoid function, thus eliminating any error codes from the vehicle. An ECU tune is recommended with complete exhaust systems. Kooks Headers and Exhaust using a stock 5.0-liter Coyote with a tune, witnessed rear-wheel gains of up to 77 hp and 66 lb-ft of torque.
