America’s best-selling vehicle for the past three decades or so has been the Ford F-150. More Ford pickups are out there on America’s roads than any other vehicle, period. So it isn’t shocking to learn that the F-150 is among the most modified vehicles on the market, and most aftermarket companies offer some sort of support for F-series drivers.

So it only makes sense for Ford to show off its F-Series pick up big-time for the 2012 SEMA Show. The three Ford F-Series pickups the Blue Oval is previewing at the SEMA show all embrace the many different aspects of America’s pickup culture.

First up we have the F-150 EcoBoost built by Truckin’ Magazine, which had the objective of giving the F-150 better handling for tackling the race track. The race-inspired design gets huge brakes, a slammed suspension package, and custom wheels for a decidedly race truck look. We bet that big EcoBoost engine got a few performance upgrades too.

Looking for something a bit roomier? The F-250 Turbo Diesel (top of the page) built by Kelderman Air Suspension Systems is about as big as you can get. This Super Duty Ford has been jacked up between 8 and 10 inches over stock, sits on huge wheels, and rides an air suspension system operated by a touchpad. Because touchscreens are awesome.

Finally there is the F-150 5.0 built by K Daddyz Kustomz that adds some urban flair to this country boy truck. Big 24-inch rims coupled with a bright red paintjob make this F-150 impossible to ignore. The 5.0 engine gets a supercharger to assure there will be plenty of ass-hauling in this custom truck, showing that the Mustang doesn’t get to have all of the fun.

Speaking of which, we still haven’t heard anything about Ford’s Mustang showcase at SEMA. They’re really waiting until the 11th hour to tip their hand.
