As we can tell you from personal experience, trying to get the first pictures of a new car reveal can get a bit…hairy. What we mean is that major reveals at big auto shows draw car reporters from across the world, each one fighting to get the perfect shot (or any shot) of a just-revealed car before some body’s elbow or ass gets in the picture. As a result, many of these pictures can look, and feel, rushed.
But Ford was in no rush to get pictures of the 2013 Mustang out to the public. The new ‘Stang was revealed back in November, and while we got a few pictures of the new look, we want more, always more. Ford has finally obliged, dropping 50 all-new pictures of the 2013 Mustang yesterday, showing off the new colors, new looks, and new features of the 2013 model.
Among the many highlights seen in the pictures is Ford’s MyFord Touch infotainment screen working in conjunction with the rear-view camera. The retractable glass roof is also featured, as is the California Special model…but not Boss or Shelby GT500 is seen. We also can’t help but notice that the green Mustang they have in the pictures looks a lot different from the Gotta Have It Green 2013 Boss 302 Mustang. Do you see it too?
Did Ford inadvertently drop a new color? Is the matte green a Boss-only thing? What do you think?
