Over at Kenny Brown’s blog, the perennial Mustang tuner has a gift suggestion for all you Ford fanboys; Mustang art from The Design Factory.
Sketched by the venerable Jim Gerdom, who opened The Design Factory back in 1970, these classy art pieces span the entire spectrum of Mustang history. Jim’s artwork has been featured in enthusiast magazines for decades, and his art style is instantly recognizable. Plus, he has already covered every Mustang ever built; this guy knows his Fords.
It’s a different take on gearhead gift giving, that is sure, but it also opens the possibility for a custom piece (as long as you’re willing to pay for it.) It’s not a bad idea, and we wouldn’t mind getting some Gerdom art to hang on our garage wall. SO head on over the The Design Factory to check out the available pieces, or commission your own for that special auto enthusiast in your life.
